Training

Training usually takes place every Tuesday evening under floodlights. The interactive sessions last approximately 90 minutes, under the guidance of OFRFC head coach, Jon Moore, a qualified RFU Level 3 coach. All players are invited to attend and take part and they are a mixture of drills, cardio and strength fitness and practice, for whichever position you play. 

If you have any queries about the training that takes place, you can contact the team captains, or Jon Moore - come along for a run out! 

Physio

We have 3 qualified physiotherapists that support the teams throughout the season. Our club physio Rebecca Smith attends all first team matches to provide pitchside support. Players are also welcome to contact her for advice or to arrange an assessment or rehab session, if you would like to do that speak to Rebecca directly or contact oldfreemens@gmail.com.
