The start of the season is just around the corner and OFRFC is back in the Big League. The season opens on Saturday 3rd September with a home game in Ashtead Park vs Old Whitgiftian RFC. League points and the Ian Watson Cup are at stake!
Pre-match beers at The Leg are planned, with a Club-sponsored BBQ post-match at The Leg.
If you would like to attend the BBQ, please RSVP to Roger at seymour86@ntlworld.com before 5pm on Friday 26th August 2022 at the latest.
The plans for the day are:
From 12.30 - 2pm Meet at The Leg for a beer or two - all welcome then head up to Ashtead Park for:
2.30 - 2.45 Presentation of a defibrillator to the Club by the Gibbs family, in tribute to Pat & Rowland;
3pm kick off v Old Whitgiftian RFC
4.45 (approx.) Presentation on the pitch of the Ian Watson Cup to Winners;
5pm onwards Post-match activities and Club-sponsored BBQ at The Leg.
