The turnout of 40+ people for the Badger Lunch was one of our best for many years - and this support was also seen on the touch line to see a hard fought win over Cranleigh. Great defence and some sparks of attack despite the inclement weather saw the team victorious at full time, despite some gallant work from the opposition playing catch up rugby uphill in the 2nd half. Great defence throughout the team nullifying their dangerous back 3 and large pack. We'll be having another Badger lunch in the New Year and we will love to have tables made up of the Walking Rugby, the Ladies Team and former OFRFC Captains' tables! Thanks to the Bennion family for the Gazebo and bar seen in the photo which doubled up as shelter for the 'yellow trousers'.
